The first step to transformation is letting go, which is the hardest part of any journey.

I love transformation. I love the positive impact it has had and still has on my life, and I love seeing how it transforms those around me. Transformation is a process, and one that can be hard at times, but when you allow transformation into your life, you get to know and love the true you. You also sometimes fill a hole or a need in your life in ways that you never imagined.

Letting go means that we need to let go of the past and stop looking back. This could mean friends, acquaintances or people in our lives who are not supportive. It could mean letting go of physical things that hold us back with the memories they provide to us. When you decide that you want to let go of the past and dream of what could be, your transformation begins.

The second step is letting in.

This could be a positive mindset, people, or thoughts that make you more fulfilled, balanced, happier, and start to feel more alive. When we allow ourselves to go through this process, we start to grow and learn more about ourselves and the transformation never stops. It should never stop. Letting go and letting in is a very healthy process to see more clearly and learn about yourself.
