What is The Process Like?
Kim will help you discover the changes you want to make and build a plan with you. With her support and encouragement, you’ll work the plan and find the success you’re looking for.
1. What do you want to Accomplish?
This is the time that you and I sit and talk about what it is you would like to accomplish, or changes you want to make in order to be the best year. We will discuss what you have done in the past, what worked and what did not work. And come up with a plan to help you be successful this time and stay successful in the future.
2. Create a Plan
Now that we have an idea of what you want, and where you want to go in your development, we are going to create a plan based on your current lifestyle, personal situation, and desired outcomes.
I will be asking you questions that will allow me to understand you a little bit better. This will also be a great time for us to discuss any of the barriers you feel may hold you back from doing what you know you need to do to be your best self.
3. Work the Plan
We will go through a three, six, or 12-month process that will allow you to create better habits for yourself, take advantage of the greatness within you, and help you get the results that you want.
There will be weekly calls, follow-up emails, and work that you will need to do in between each of our sessions. The sessions will be weekly, and we will discuss what you were assigned to do, how you handled the process, and what your outcome was. We will then review what needs to be done from the previous week and talk about upcoming weeks.
