What is one habit you are working on trying to change and why?
This is a great question, and it creates some interesting answers in my mind. If you could change one habit for yourself, what would it be?
For me, personal development has always been something I strive to take advantage of as much as possible. I do have habits that I don’t like about myself and I habits that I enjoy and try to encourage.
Perhaps you are trying to change your habits with eating or exercise. Perhaps it is the way you speak to people, or perhaps you want to change the habit of allowing how people speak to you.
Sometimes we can change our habits by ourselves and other times we need help from someone else; this is where a coach comes in. As a coach, I am someone who works with my clients to determine what they want to change or learn about themselves to create better habits and positive change in their lives.
When was the last time you sat down and made a list of all the habits that you have that may not be the healthiest for you? Or…asked a loved one for feedback around this area? Have you ever worked with a coach to see if you can get support and making habit changes stick?
