By looking into yourself, with the help of a coach, you can make decisions that will help be your best self in any situation. What is The Process Like?
Kim will help you discover the changes you want to make and build a plan with you. With her support and encouragement, you’ll work the plan and find the success you’re looking for.
1. What do you want to Accomplish?
This is the time that you and I sit and talk about what it is you would like to accomplish, or changes you want to make in order to be the best year. We will discuss what you have done in the past, what worked and what did not work. And come up with a plan to help you be successful this time and stay successful in the future.
2. Create a Plan
Now that we have an idea of what you want, and where you want to go in your development, we are going to create a plan based on your current lifestyle, personal situation, and desired outcomes.
I will be asking you questions that will allow me to understand you a little bit better. This will also be a great time for us to discuss any of the barriers you feel may hold you back from doing what you know you need to do to be your best self.
3. Work the Plan
We will go through a three, six, or 12-month process that will allow you to create better habits for yourself, take advantage of the greatness within you, and help you get the results that you want.
There will be weekly calls, follow-up emails, and work that you will need to do in between each of our sessions. The sessions will be weekly, and we will discuss what you were assigned to do, how you handled the process, and what your outcome was. We will then review what needs to be done from the previous week and talk about upcoming weeks.

Coaching Programs Available Include:
With individual coaching, we work on a plan to help you achieve your goals. Discuss your successes and opportunities and figure out what you need in order to improve yourself. With weekly coaching calls to keep you on track and exercises that create small changes over time you will see results in as little as two weeks. The commitment is yours with me as your personal coach supporting you all along the way.
With group workshops, different topics are brought up for discussion to help you work through struggles and realize how amazing you are and what steps you need to take to be your best self. Topics range from self-improvement, self-confidence, creating and maintaining a positive mindset, plus many more.
In group presentations, topics are discussed that can benefit office teams, family or other groups. These presentations focus on supporting each person in the group with exercises for personal growth. Topics can be discussed based on your groups needs.
Online courses walk you through course work at your pace without feeling rushed or falling behind. This type of learning also allows you to become a better you in the privacy of our own home without pressure from others. With weekly calls, you are supported as you go through the courses, so you are never alone.
Who Am I?
My name is Kim Jarvis and I live in Southern Lancaster County, PA with my husband, Steven of 25 years and enjoy being outside in the garden as much as possible. Our goal is to move to Florida some day and enjoy the warm weather all year long.
I am a Certified Life and Health Life Coach with a B.S. in Psychology, a M.B.A., and a M.S. of Strategic Leadership.

I have always had a desire to help people see their self-worth and understand the steps necessary to dig deep inside to find out how great they really are.
